ULI Iowa Ignite | Middlebrook Lofts Tour

Join us for an exclusive tour of the newly completed Middlebrook Lofts in Cumming, IA—an exciting addition to Middlebrook’s growing agrihood community. These thoughtfully designed residences extend the town’s main street corridor and showcase how modern living integrates with a vibrant town center. Highlights include high ceilings, quartz countertops, access to trails, and modern features including smart home technology and geothermal heating and cooling.

Meet at Middlebrook Lofts. Doors open at 4 pm with a tour of the units to begin at 4:10 pm. A social hour will be held at The Mercantile following the tour at 5 pm.

Street parking is open and readily available in front of the buildings along main street.
